Delivery and returns

Atelier Brunette fabrics and haberdashery are available for delivery in France and worldwide. Benefit from four delivery methods tailored to your shopping cart:

- tracked letter (La Poste) for small orders (samples, buttons, bias, piping, elastic, etc.)
- Colissimo without signature delivered to your mailbox.
- Colissimo in Pickup relay, reception in 24/48 hours at a partner retailer or in a locker
- Colissimo at the post office, received within 24/48 hours at your nearest post office

Good news! Delivery is free in Metropolitan France from 79 € purchase (excluding shipping costs).

Still unsure about a fabric? We offer you the opportunity to order up to 5 fabric samples for free (not including shipping costs €2.99 by tracked letter).

Still unsure? To take things a step further, we offer an unconditional refund or exchange for products purchased on our website, including fabric remnants (full coupon only and in their original condition). You have 14 business days to change your mind. You'll be charged a €6.50 fee for returns.
